Commercial: Single commercial buildings, hotels/convention centers, restaurants (fast food and sit down), small and large strip centers, commercial developments (multi-lot), automotive service centers, automotive dealerships, medical/Dental, professional office park, program consultant for Mobil “On the Run” rollout (50 stores Chicagoland).
Industrial: Single buildings, expansions, large warehouse trucking facilities, transportation facilities, equipment maintenance facility.

K-12: Prime Civil Consultant for multiple public school districts in Chicagoland. Projects in both private and public sector ranging in size from small 90 student school up to large 3000 student high school campus. Due diligence, site selection, site civil design, turf athletic facilities, tracks, tennis courts and ball fields, parking lots and stormwater management facilities.
Higher education: Nursing College (state college), Business College (private College), athletic training facility and track (private colleges), softball stadium (state and private college), quad improvements and stormwater studies.
Public/Quasi Public Projects: Prime consultant for multiple park districts, Kendall Co. Jail expansion, Illinois Juvenile Detention Center, Civil review consultant for Oswego Village Hall, Public Utility transportation facilities and training facility.
